WordPress Website Revamp
Vigyan Pratibha was amongst the first few websites that I got to revamp from scratch.
Development of this ecosystem of resources, and event information for teachers, volunteers and students has been a milestone in my career.
Revamp Details
Old Website
The older website had un-organized site structure.
The loading time for the webpages more than usual, making users drop off.
The flow wasn’t clear to the users (teachers and students), making it difficult for users to access resources.
New Website
The revamp website migrated from vp.hbcse.tifr.res.in to vigyanpratibha.in
The colors made it easier for text to be read on the site.
The images used on the website were optimized and a standard process was established to upload resources and information using a template.
Teachers and students could access information quicker by the reduction of steps to access them.
